What areas do you cover?
We are based in Milton Keynes in the heart of England. At present we cover parts of Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire. To find out if we can come to you give us a call on 08454 600 006. 

Where are the treatments delivered?
You have a choice. You can either come to our relaxing treatment room in Milton Keynes or we can come to your home or office (subject to location). We also have regular events at venues in and around Milton Keynes where you can enjoy our service. Visit our Venues page to find out more.

How does it work? Can I just book a treatment?
Therapy Club is designed to suit your needs. You can simply book individual treatments and 'pay as you go' OR you can take out one of our membership plans which give you access to our entire range of treatments and services at discounted rates through one simple monthly payment.

Can I just book and pay for one-off treatments?
Yes, no problem. Just create a 'Pay as you go' account when you 'Join the club'.

Can I 'Join the club' for free?
Absolutely. Just select the 'Pay as you go' option and then you can create an account and pay for your treatments as and when you have them.

Why do I need to register/Join the Club and create an account?
As we offer treatments in the home we need to know where to come. However your account also lets you book and manage your treatments online. Also we'll send you exclusive offers and deals only available to club members.

Are your therapists fully qualified and insured?
Yes, we ONLY used experienced mature therapists. All of them are fully qualified and insured.

What is 'therapytime'?
therapytime is what our members get to spend on the treatments they want. The amount of therapytime you get depends on which membership option you have selected.

How long do I have to sign up for?
The length of your membership is up to you, all we ask for is 1 months notice should you wish to cancel your membership.

How much notice do I have to give if I want to cancel my membership?
You need to give us 1 months notice should you wish to cancel your membership.

How do I pay for my treatments?
Your treatments are covered by your simple monthly membership fee. If you use up all of the therapytime included in your membership you can top up your account online. If you are a pay as you go member you pay for each treatment when you book it.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
For individual services we require a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment to receive a 100% refund or a minimum of 4 working hours notice to receive a 50% refund. For members this means you will have the minutes for each cancelled treatment debited from their account. For pay as you go clients, the payment due will be charged to the debit or credit card provided.

Cancellations for group events or for a pamper party must be made 72 hours in advance in order to receive a refund. Once the booking has been made for your event/pamper party, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or for people who do not attend. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Our therapy club team uphold strict professional and ethical standards. Any illicit or sexually-suggestive remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of services. You will be liable for full payment of the scheduled services. Our staff will refuse or terminate a treatment if any of the following apply: - Broken skin or lesions - Misconduct such as solicitation or suggestive comments - Any medical conditions not mentioned at the time of reservation - Intoxication

At present we cover parts of Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire but are spreading our net including heading south toward London as fast as the traffic will let us! To find out if we can come to you give us a call on 08454 600 006

However.don't worry if you're not in an area that is currently covered as our therapy club team is growing rapidly. In the meantime, depending on your location and subject to a modest surcharge we may be able to reach you. If you are far out (from us that is) then click here to register your details and open a 'pay as you go' account.

It's absolutely FREE and does not commit you to spending any money. However it does mean that we can keep you informed about any new services in your area and also allows you to get exclusive member only discounts off some of the range of health and beauty products in our online store in the meantime.
What is the minimum booking?
As we come to your home/office to deliver our range of services, the minimum booking is 30 minutes. This equates to £20 to most members. Most treatments will take 30 minutes or more anyway but you can also choose a combination of smaller treatments. However if your chosen treatments total less than 30 minutes on our therapy club price list then they will be rounded up with your account being debited 30 minutes of therapytime: per visit.
