What is Mickel Therapy?
Take back control of your
wellbeing

Mickel therapy is a talking therapy which was created by Dr David Mickel, a GP (General Practioner) based in the UK, who did extensive research into chronic illnesses.
The therapy raises awareness of what our body is really saying to us when we have symptoms of illness. Your Mickel therapist will teach you how to listen to your body and gently shift your habitual responses to situations you face in life, in order to rebalance your health.
A sense of relief and a settled feeling in our bodies is our reward when we make these small changes.

Effective Treatment

Mickel Therapy has successfully helped many people who have suffered with chronic conditions for years.
Whether you are suffering from a long-term illness or just cannot remember the last time you had a clear mind and energy in your body, we are here to help.
Effective Treatment for
ME, CFS, IBS, Long Covid, Fibromyalgia, Anxiety, Menopause and many other conditions and symptoms such as low energy, brain fog, panic attacks, migraines and grief and loss.
How can Mickel Therapy help?
Your health can be effected by the way you think, but your emotions can show you how to be healed.
Mickel therapists can help you separate ‘harmful head thoughts’ from ‘healing body knowledge’ and allow emotions to be heard (perhaps for the first time).
This allows symptoms of illness to recede and wellbeing to be restored.
